The price of Disney Genie+ has changed again as Disney makes good on the promise of variable, date-based pricing. The price of Disney Genie+ is $18 today, the lowest it has been in the past week. Here’s a look at the pricing changes in the first week of higher, variable pricing:
- October 11: $15
- October 12: $20
- October 13: $20
- October 14: $20
- October 15: $22
- October 16: $20
- October 17: $22
- October 18: $18
There really doesn’t appear to be a rhyme or reason for the pricing, with Wednesday priced the same as Sunday and Saturday priced the same as Monday. In reality, it looks like Disney is experimenting with the price point to potentially see how they can best maximize profits while keeping the product usable. It will be interesting to see how much higher pricing goes as we approach Thanksgiving and the always-busy Christmas season.
