Florida residents have a new reason to plan a Walt Disney World staycation in early 2027. Disney has released a spring room offer for Sunshine State residents, with savings of up to 30% at select Disney Resorts Collection hotels for stays from January through April. The discount matches what Disney Visa Cardmembers get this spring and beats the room offer open to everyone else.
Walt Disney World Florida Resident Room Discount for Spring 2027

Disney’s newest offer is a room-only discount for Florida residents, good for select nights from January 3rd through April 29th, 2027. It joins the lineup of spring 2027 offers Disney announced in September, which included room discounts for the general public, Disney Visa Cardmembers, and Annual Passholders. Guests need to show proof of Florida residency at check-in, and the offer is already bookable on Disney’s website.
Savings by Resort Tier
Disney splits the offer into three tiers, and the discount at each one depends on when you travel. The deepest savings cover most nights from February 28th through April 29th. Earlier in the year, the offer covers only most Sunday-to-Thursday nights from January 3rd through February 25th. The discount is smaller then, too.
Deluxe and Deluxe Villa resorts make up the top tier. Guests save 30% on most nights from February 28th through April 29th, and 25% on most Sunday-to-Thursday nights from January 3rd through February 25th. Eligible hotels include:

- Boulder Ridge Villas at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge
- The Cabins at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort (Disney Vacation Club)

The middle tier mixes Moderate resorts with a few Deluxe room categories, including the Polynesian. Guests save 25% on most nights from February 28th through April 29th, and 20% on most Sunday-to-Thursday nights from January 3rd through February 25th. If you’re visiting the Walt Disney World website to view these offers, a phone-width viewport incorrectly shows higher savings. Hopefully Disney adjusts that soon. Eligible hotels include:

The value tier covers Disney’s Value resorts, select Port Orleans rooms, and the Fort Wilderness campsites. Guests save 20% on most nights from February 28th through April 29th, and 15% on most Sunday-to-Thursday nights from January 3rd through February 25th. The campsites only qualify for the late February through April dates. Eligible hotels include:
- The Campsites at Disney’s Fort Wilderness Resort (excludes January and February dates)
- Disney’s All-Star Movies Resort
- Disney’s All-Star Music Resort
- Disney’s All-Star Sports Resort
- Disney’s Art of Animation Resort – Standard Rooms
- Disney’s Pop Century Resort
- Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – French Quarter
- Disney’s Port Orleans Resort – Riverside – Standard Location Rooms
Booking Details and Fine Print
Stays can last anywhere from 1 to 14 nights. Disney won’t let guests combine the offer with any other discount, so price the other spring offers first. The Florida resident rates beat Disney’s general room discount by five points at every tier, and they match the Disney Visa Cardmember rates exactly. Annual Passholders still get the best deal this spring, at up to 35% off. Florida residents who also hold an Annual Pass should price that offer first.
Disney also limits how many rooms it sets aside for the offer. Savings come off the regular price a non-Florida resident pays for the same room. A few room types don’t qualify:
- 3-Bedroom Villas at any resort
- Cabins at Copper Creek Villas & Cabins at Disney’s Wilderness Lodge
- Bungalows, Tower 1-Bedroom Villas, 2-Bedroom Villas, and Penthouses at Disney’s Polynesian Villas & Bungalows
Additional per-adult charges may apply for more than two adults in a room at Value, Moderate, and Deluxe resorts, along with Studios at Deluxe Villa resorts. Park tickets aren’t part of the offer, and guests may need a theme park reservation depending on their ticket type. Disney hasn’t posted a booking deadline.
Guests can book online through Disney’s special offers page or by calling (407) 939-5277. Anyone with an existing spring reservation can check whether the discount applies from the My Reservation page. From there, select Change Reservation and search for other vacation offers. Every stay also comes with the usual Disney Resorts Collection perks, including Early Theme Park Entry and free transportation around Walt Disney World.
