Disney announced today that there is a big expansion coming to Coronado Springs Resort over the next 2 years.
The cornerstone of the expansion will be the 15-story tower that will have a rooftop restaurant and lounge that will offer panoramic views of nighttime fireworks around property. The tower will bring an additional 500 rooms to the resort, including suites and concierge level services.
In addition to the new rooms, Disney will also reimagine its current rooms and landscaping. The theme will remain the same, reflecting the vibrant spirit and adventure of the Spanish explorers of North America.
