A permit was filed with the state today that outlines the location of the yet-to-be-built Magic Kingdom theater. This permit confirms our earlier reporting on a preparation permit filed back in early September.
Here’s our composite image of the permit and a satellite view of the surrounding area. As you can see, this will be a massive building and will play host to Broadway-style productions. According to an earlier permit, the theater will be finished by the end of 2019, with a 2020 opening likely.
