As part of a resolution to pending litigation, FuelRod created a “Founders” status for early adopters to continue free, unlimited swapping. We have a complete writeup on the litigation and a back story on how we got to this point in an earlier article.
Now, FuelRod machines at Walt Disney World (and likely elsewhere) are displaying a message to guests performing a swap to notify them of the Founders status. The message, as seen below, prompts guests to enter their email to see if they qualify for the Founders status. This message is displayed before every swap.
