“it’s a small world” Sign Dismantled, Construction Walls Return at Magic Kingdom

The “it’s a small world” sign has been dismantled, and construction walls have returned at Magic Kingdom. In January, Disney began a partial queue refurbishment project that saw the Fantasyland attraction behind walls until July when they were removed.

Now, Disney has once again installed construction walls for an undisclosed project. With the dismantling of the attraction sign, it’s possible that the work could be related to the recently filed permit for graphic replacement. Here’s a look around the area.

  1. Of all the classic things getting refurbished, specifically for being 2020 offensive, this thing is still standing despite being offensive to my ears and mental health!
