Good morning from Magic Kingdom where the first piece of turret decoration was installed overnight!
It looks like the ribbons were fabricated onto a cap that was then placed onto the rooftop. Hopefully this will lead to less damage to the roofs than Sleeping Beauty Castle has sustained in recent installations. An even closer look reveals a bit of painters tape left in place at the bottom.
