Refurbishment has begun at the currently closed Casey Jr. Splash ‘N’ Soak Station at Magic Kingdom. As you can see in the photos below, hedges surround the star of the attraction as he likely prepares for a fresh coat of paint.

Other train cars and murals remain untouched at this time, still showing signs of water stains and grime – something that wouldn’t be possible if it were recently repainted as the water feature has been turned off for more than a year. We expect the touchups will extend to all of the other portions of the splash area in the coming weeks.
