Photos sent to BlogMickey.com show the Orange County Sheriff Dive Team at Disney’s Hollywood Studios this morning. The area of interest is a bridge that guests drive across as they enter the only parking lot at Disney’s Hollywood Studios. A wrecker and flatbed were on site around 10:15am this morning along with a police and Cast Member presence.
When we arrived, a black vehicle was on the flatbed after being pulled out of the canal that runs under the main guest entrance roadway. It’s unclear if anyone was hurt during the incident or the extent of any injuries.
Traffic into Disney’s Hollywood Studios was rerouted as crews performed cleanup operations. It is expected that the normal parking lot entrance will reopen soon.
