The TRON Identity Program merchandise offering is broken at Magic Kingdom. While visiting Magic Kingdom today, we noticed that the kiosks were roped off for the second day in a row (at least). In speaking with Cast Members, they said that the offering was unavailable.
TRON Identity Program Broken at Magic Kingdom
Here’s a look at the TRON Identity Program merchandise offering, which allows you to put your face in an action figure, or Program, that looks and sounds like you. The process is done through the “Grid Digitization Portal” in the Tomorrowland Launch Depot gift shop attached to Space Mountain.
Interestingly, there are no reservations available through early March, the furthest into the future that reservations are available. The TRON Identity Program isn’t a popular offering, so if it was working, we’d expect to see a number of reservations available every day. The fact that there are no reservations available likely means that the offering is unavailable, and Walt Disney World is unsure when it will reopen.
