The China Marketplace sits in its usual spot in World Showcase, right outside the main gates of the China pavilion. It’s part of the World Showcase loop of country-themed marketplaces, running alongside longtime staples like Japan, Germany, and Italy.
The kiosk has been a fixture of the festival for years. It typically serves a rotating lineup of dumplings, noodle dishes, and specialty drinks built around Chinese culinary staples. This year’s menu keeps most of that lineup in place while reimagining one signature dish.

Dumplings Trio returns for 2026 as a reimagined dish, earning a spot among the festival’s 30th Anniversary Legacy Items. Smoked Duck Bao Bun and Beijing Zhajiang Noodles are both returning food items this year. Honghe Rice Lager Draft Beer is new on the drink side. Baijiu Punch, Hainan Prosperity, and the Frozen Strawberry-Jasmine Cocktail round out the returning drinks, alongside Mango-Peach Bubble Tea.
