Disney is starting to make some important progress for Guardians of the Galaxy: Cosmic Rewind in EPCOT. Earlier this week, we told you that Walt Disney Imagineering was removing one of their construction trailers – perhaps signaling that a portion of the project was complete. Now, we can see that Disney has begun to work on the hardscape in front of the attraction facade. Other work is taking place too on the facade that we’ll take a look at as well.
The hardscape work is taking place just on the other side of this construction wall.
As you can see in the photo below, a curb or low wall is being constructed. To the left side of this low wall will be a themed area with an Xandarian ship, to the right will be a walkway.

Elsewhere, Disney is working on repainting the “ribs” of the facade and continuing work on the roof.
