Monorail Black has returned from a multi-month refurbishment. Monorail Black is the first monorail to kick off the second wave of refurbishments after Disney World determined that a single round of refurbishments wasn’t enough to fix the so-called “duct tape monorails”. Here’s a look at Monorail Black, now sporting a new red stripe on the skirt of the vehicle.
