Disney World Offers Deep Discounts on Authentic Moroccan Merchandise Following Pavilion Takeover

Guests hoping to purchase some authentic Moroccan merchandise in EPCOT will have the opportunity to get it at 40% off! Keep in mind that additional discounts such as an Annual Passholder discount can be added on top of the 40% off. The move comes as Disney seemingly looks to move away from the stock that it inherited with its takeover of the Morocco Pavilion from a third-party vendor.

Following the COVID-19 shutdowns, the third-party vendor that operated the vast majority of the Morocco Pavilion was not able to make payments and Disney World took over operations. Like many of the third-party pavilions, Morocco featured authentic offerings and merchandise. Now, it looks like Disney is looking to purge the inherited stock as it moves to more Disney-fied merchandise.

And here’s a look at the Disney-branded Morocco Pavilion merchandise and some Aladdin merchandise, both of which do not qualify for the 40% discount.
