The Halloween season is (effectively) over for Central Florida, which operates 2-3 months ahead of the rest of the country. That means it’s just about time to turn our attention to the holiday season as 2024 gets ready to draw to a close. I’m kidding, of course (sort of), but it’s never too early to start planning for the 2024 holiday season, and guests looking to visit EPCOT this year should know that longer standard theme park hours will return.
Longer Operating Hours for EPCOT This Holiday Season
While EPCOT has a very reliable schedule of 9am to 9pm for most of the year, the EPCOT International Festival of the Holidays brings longer operating hours due to the Candlelight Processional offering. With the Candlelight Processional taking longer than the typical concerts held in the American Gardens Theater, Disney ends up pushing the nightly fireworks back 30 minutes and keeps EPCOT open until 9:30pm.
Starting November 29th, EPCOT will be open from 9am to 9:30pm through the end of the year. Of course, EPCOT will be open until midnight or later on New Year’s Eve, but standard hours during the Festival of the Holidays will be 9am to 9:30pm.
