We’re not quite yet to Halloween, but that doesn’t mean that it’s too early to begin planning your end-of-year festivities! Walt Disney World has released theme park hours and fireworks schedules for the 2025 New Year’s Eve celebrations, and we have a look at the initial park hours and info. Here’s a look!
Magic Kingdom New Year’s Eve
Magic Kingdom is unique in that it celebrates New Year’s Eve twice! To fulfill demand, Magic Kingdom has identical programming on December 30th and December 31st, countdown and all. Here’s a look at what you can expect:
- December 30th Park Hours: 9am to 12am (Early Entry at 8:30am)
- December 30th Fireworks: 6:30pm and 11:50pm
- December 31st Park Hours: 9am to 12am (Early Entry at 8:30am)
- December 31st Fireworks: 6:30pm and 11:50pm
EPCOT New Year’s Eve
EPCOT is the only other Walt Disney World theme park that has specialty fireworks for New Year’s Eve, but that’s not all! A number of World Showcase countries also have dance parties of their own starting at sunset and running past midnight!
- December 31st Park Hours: 9am to 1am (Early Entry at 8:30am)
- December 31st Fireworks: 11:54pm
Hollywood Studios New Year’s Eve
Disney’s Hollywood Studios does not have New Year’s Eve fireworks, but the park is open later than normal for guests who want to ring in the new year with rides!
- December 31st Park Hours: 9am to 12am (Early Entry at 8:30am)
Animal Kingdom New Year’s Eve
Everyone knows someone who goes to bed early on New Year’s Eve, and that someone is Disney’s Animal Kingdom.
- December 31st Park Hours: 8am to 6pm (Early Entry at 7:30am)
Disney Springs New Year’s Eve
Disney Springs has no change to its operational hours, and there are no fireworks.
- December 31st Hours: 10am to 11pm
