The 2026 EPCOT International Food & Wine Festival is celebrating 30 years of the event, and this year’s Foodie Guide covers more than 30 Global Marketplaces across World Celebration, World Nature, World Discovery, and World Showcase. Brew-Wing Lab | Location
As we reported when Disney shared the official festival map, Brew-Wing Lab sits in World Discovery, toward the World Showcase end of the land. This puts it near(ish) to the Australia global marketplace. Brew-Wing Lab occupies The Odyssey, a standalone building rather than a kiosk. That puts it in a different category from most of the festival’s Global Marketplaces, and makes it a wonderful spot to sit and relax before heading out into the heat.
Disney transformed the pavilion into a Muppet Labs-themed Brew-Wing for the 2023 festival, with Dr. Bunsen Honeydew and Beaker appearing on video screens throughout the interior. The lab theming and video appearances have carried over in the years since.
Brew-Wing Lab | Menu & Prices
The wing lineup at Brew-Wing Lab covers a range of heat levels and flavor profiles. Options run from a mild garlic-parmesan to the marketplace’s Carolina Reaper offering for guests chasing spice. A plant-based chicken strip option sits alongside the traditional wings for guests skipping meat. The Pickle Milk Shake carries a 30th Anniversary Legacy Item designation this year. That marks it as one of the 30 returning or reimagined dishes celebrating the festival’s anniversary.
