Another day of hard work at the Tron construction site, plus another walk up to the top of The Contemporary means we have an updated look at Tron for you this evening!

After a look at the footers installed earlier this week, crews installed the first support columns for the coaster today.

First, here’s a look at the site as a whole.

A couple of closer looks gives us a view of the support columns installed today.

We still haven’t seen the support column installed that Cast Members signed back in mid-March, but we’re keeping an eye out!

The Tron roller coaster is scheduled to open at Magic Kingdom by October 2021, according to the latest projections from Disney.

For a better idea of what to expect when it opens, check out our detailed tour of the Tron Lightcycle Power Run from our visit to Shanghai Disneyland.

Keep checking back with us as we keep a close eye on this and many more projects from around the Disney Parks.
