Toy Story Mania is operating at reduced capacity at Disney’s Hollywood Studios as the third track that was added in Summer of 2016 is currently closed. The closure is a result of construction work to connect the existing queues to the new Toy Story Land entrance.
Pop-up shops and stands have been removed along Pixar Place to make way for extended switchback queues on both sides of the alley.
The only queue not being fully utilized is the FastPass queue, which has taken over the stroller parking area.
Stroller parking has been moved towards Walt Disney Presents.
Guests aren’t using the normal entrance to the attraction, but rather an emergency exit.
At 10:45, the wait time was at 100 minutes. If you’re visiting between now and the grand opening of Toy Story Land this Summer, expect longer than normal waits as at least one track will be down every day until Toy Story Land opens, according to Cast Members.
Thanks for the heads up. I like going in being prepared for longer waits than I may have anticipated. Thankful to have a FP booked!
