PHOTOS: Club 33 Construction Topped Off in Adventureland

The roof is now installed at the Club 33 project in Adventureland. The Magic Kingdom location of the exclusive club now sits two stories tall and towers over the Adventureland entrance. Here’s our latest look at the construction.

From the Adventureland entrance, it’s quite a noticeable structure. Previously, the Adventureland Veranda was only one story in height, Club 33 is now two stories tall.

From the Adventureland side of the sign, the building is about as tall as the existing structure. That said, the window opening is way off scale.

From the Liberty Square connection bridge we can see the full size of the building.

It appears that a firework viewing patio might be in store for the second floor of the structure.

In a previous update, we took a look at the view that the first floor of Club 33 would have. Cinderella Castle is completely obstructed, a design choice that was made in the early stages of Magic Kingdom. Hopefully the view from the second floor of Club 33 is better, because removing such an old, beautiful tree would really be a shame.

There will be four Club 33 locations, one in each of the Walt Disney World theme parks. Disney has yet to publicly announce an opening date, but progress on the Hollywood Studios location suggests an opening isn’t far off.
