With the new “Disney Look” guidelines now in effect, we’ve spotted a lot of Cast Members embracing the new policies that allow for visible tattoos, gender-inclusive hairstyles, less restrictive nail polish guidelines, and more changes that allow Cast Members to express themselves better.
Cast Members that we spoke with really seemed to enjoy the changes, whether they were taking advantage of the new guidelines or not. One Cast Member we spoke with even said when children have asked him about his tattoo he just responds that he’s one of the pirates from the Peter Pan attraction he works at! What a fun interaction that would have otherwise been impossible.
Of all of the allowed changes, we’ve mostly seen Cast Members take advantage of the relaxed nail polish guidelines.
