Guests attempting to secure a Rise of the Resistance boarding group this morning may have run into a glitch that said that they weren’t in the park. Of course, Disney changed the Rise of the Resistance distribution times to 7am back in November. With this change, the requirement that your party be inside of Disney’s Hollywood Studios was dropped because the park doesn’t open until 9am or 10am typically.

Nevertheless, some guests received an error message that said that some guests in their party were not inside of Disney’s Hollywood Studios. This error message prevented guests from being able to secure a Rise of the Resistance boarding group.

It looks like Disney addressed the issue after a few minutes, but for many it meant that their opportunity for a boarding group had passed. Did you experience this glitch? Let us know in the comments below or on social media!
