According to the Walt Disney World website, it’s a small world will be closing from July 27-29 for a short refurbishment. The attraction is currently scheduled to reopen to guests on July 30th.
Disney has not said what the nature of the refurbishment is, but with the 50th Anniversary coming up shortly and an exterior refresh completed last year, it’s possible Disney is looking to freshen up the interior of the attraction.
