The iconic Tower of Terror billboard that sits along World Drive is scheduled to be demolished. The sign, which has had ongoing maintenance issues, will be removed and replaced with landscaping. Disney has not given an official reason for the removal of the sign, but as you can see in our photos below, crews are on-site and demolition will take place over the coming days and weeks. The Tower of Terror attraction is expected to remain open.
