Guests visiting Magic Kingdom have received a message from Melissa Valiquette Vice President, Magic Kingdom Park, apologizing for extended downtime for Pirates of the Caribbean. The attraction failed to open this morning and has yet to open. Here’s the message:

On behalf of the entire team at Magic Kingdom Park, I’d like to apologize that Pirates of the Caribbean is currently unavailable. Our Cast Members are working diligently to get the attraction up and running again, and we are sorry you are not able to experience this attraction at this time. I hope you will enjoy some of our other attractions during your experience in the park today.
