In addition to the news that new Annual Pass sales would resume April 20th, existing Annual Passholders will also have something to look forward to on that date as well. On April 20th, existing Annual Passholders will be able to upgrade their pass outside of the typical renewal/upgrade window. The ability to upgrade Annual Passes will be available online. The difference in Pass types must be paid, in full, at the time of the upgrade. The new Pass type will have the same expiration date as the old Pass type.
Previously, Passholders were able to upgrade their Annual Pass type, but only when they were eligible for renewal as part of the renewal process. For example, if a guest purchased a Pixie Dust Pass in March 2021, they would’ve had to wait until their renewal eligibility window in 2022 before they could upgrade to a different pass type. Starting April 20th, that restriction is removed.
