With all of the presents delivered, Santa Claus has returned to the North Pole and Duffy the Disney Bear has stepped in for meet and greets through December 31st. Guests can find Santa Duffy at It’s a Wonderful Shop in Grand Avenue at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.

We stopped by Disney’s Hollywood Studios this morning to meet with Santa Duffy during this rare opportunity. As you may remember, Santa Duffy was among the emergency meet and greets added to Disney Jollywood Nights after opening night issues. Duffy was, by far, the most high-profile meet and greet character added to the lineup, and now guests can meet with Duffy during daily operations!

To find the Santa Duffy meet and greet, head towards PizzeRizzo after turning towards MuppetVision 3D from Grand Avenue. Just before you reach the entrance to PizzeRizzo, there will be a Cast Member at a host stand with an A-frame that will inform you that you have to join a Virtual Queue to meet with Santa Duffy. Now, this isn’t a Virtual Queue that you can join via the My Disney Experience app. Instead, you’ll have to give your U.S. phone number to the Cast Member, and you’ll receive a text when it is your turn to meet Santa Duffy.

There is a small outdoor queue that you’ll have to join when you return. We were the first guests to meet Santa Duffy this morning, so our wait was minimal, but you could have up to a 30-minute wait in the physical queue after you receive your text to return.

Inside, the shop has been cleared and it’s just you and Duffy in his holiday best!
