A riddle, combined with a photo appears to reveal the start date for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party this year. Here’s the post, followed by our solution.
When the pumpkin hour chimes just right,
A clock Unveils secrets within siGht.
Check the hands, then coUnt the patch,
the harveSt holds the first date to caTch!
We’ll start with the first thing that caught our eyes: the capitalization of letters. In the riddle, the following letters are capitalized: W A U G C U S T. If we remove capital letters at the beginning of sentences, we’re left with A U G U S T.
From there, we actually read the riddle: When the pumpkin hour chimes just right,

the harveSt holds the first date to caTch!
The hand on the clock is at the 8 o’clock position, and there are seven pumpkins. To me, that reads as 8/7, or an August 7th start date for Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party.
Again, we suspect that all dates will be revealed soon, so hopefully we aren’t left guessing too long.
