The process of draining the moat around Cinderella Castle has officially begun at Magic Kingdom today. We saw preparations begin over the past few days, but here’s your first look at the draining process. The draining of the moat is in support of a path widening project.
We’ll start near the Liberty Square bridge and make our way to Tomorrowland.
The water level has only dropped a couple of feet, so it could be a few days before we see the bottom of the moat.
