While visiting Disney’s Hollywood Studios this morning we noticed something missing. Yes, face masks are missing from many of the guest’s faces when in outdoor common areas, but there is also another thing missing – the park-wide audio that reminded guests that face coverings are required.
With the shift to only requiring face masks in indoor spaces, each attraction is responsible for announcements and enforcement and the park-wide audio has stopped playing. Cast Members have told BlogMickey.com that a new version is being worked on and will likely return soon – perhaps confirming how last minute the decision was to relax face mask rules.
As a reminder, here’s what used to play.
