With the announcement of the new Disney Genie+ paid offering coming to Walt Disney World and Disneyland, many Annual Passholders are wondering if they will be able to purchase Genie+ entitlements for their pass. My News 13 journalist Ashley Carter got the following response from Disney:
At launch, passholders at Disney World and Magic Key holders at Disneyland are going to be able to add Disney Genie+ on the day of their visit.
The answer doesn’t point to any annual entitlement for the program. That is, you won’t be able to purchase Genie+ for the year. Of course, this answer only applies to the policy when the service launches this fall, and it could be changed if Disney sees fit.
