The Walt Disney Company has announced that its Annual Shareholder meeting will take place on April 3, 2023 at 1pm ET. The shareholder meeting will be held virtually at: http://www.virtualshareholdermeeting.com/DIS2023
The meeting promises to be an interesting one with Trian Partners looking to force Nelson Peltz onto the Board of Directors and The Walt Disney Company attempting to hold them off. The Annual Shareholder meeting will also provide Disney CEO Bob Iger another platform outside of quarterly earnings calls to provide updates on the company.
