We made it out to Disney Springs this morning to check in on the progress over at World of Disney. Disney announced the reimagining of the space back in January of this year. Disney closed more than half of the store to begin the refurbishment a month later. In July, Disney unveiled the new look for a majority of the store while closing the other half to receive a facelift. Today, we were able to see that the final section of the store to reopen is nearly ready to go.
All of the exterior signage now has the new World of Disney logo. Here are a couple of before and after photos.

Finally, here’s a look through a section of the scrim that was a little bit transparent. It shows that the new section is just about ready to go! Disney has stated that the reimagined World of Disney will reopen in Fall 2018.
