What was once a vibrant part of Future World now sits as a skeleton at EPCOT. To make way for a new Moana-themed attraction titled Journey of Water, Disney is demolishing this structure. We’ll use a series of before and after photos to demonstrate the latest progress.

Disney is planning on creating Journey of Water – Inspired by Moana where the northwest section of Innoventions currently stands. Here’s some concept art.

Here’s a before/after of the central “spine” area just behind Spaceship Earth. Journey of Water will be the lush, green space to the right of Spaceship Earth in the second photo below.
