The first portion of the massive Harmonious centerpiece barge base has been installed in the middle of World Showcase Lagoon at EPCOT. From what we’re told, this is only a portion of the overall centerpiece unit – perhaps only 1/3rd of the overall rig. Of course, the massive ring is still missing, but so are the north movable arms. Like the rest of the setup, it appears to sit off-center.
