Disneyland has released a list of attractions that will reopen when Disneyland reopens on April 30th. With changes to Jungle Cruise scheduled to take place while the attraction remains open at Walt Disney World, Disneyland fans wondered if that would be the case when Disneyland reopens.
As it turns out, Jungle Cruise will remain closed when Disneyland reopens. Disney been able to effectively operate Jungle Cruise at Walt Disney World with social distancing, so it’s odd that it would be missing from the Disneyland reopening list unless it was for the reimagining.
Disney has not commented on if the omission is due to the remaining or other factors. It’s unclear if Disneyland guests will ever be able to ride the “old” Jungle Cruise again, or if it will reopen with the new storyline and characters already in place.
