A new permit has been filed by Walt Disney Imagineering for a “stand alone dining facility” at an address that matches previously filed permits for Roundup Rodeo BBQ Restaurant in Toy Story Land. The permit, which expires in February 2023, is likely required to allow the contractor, RL Burns Inc., to come in and finish the restaurant.

Other previously filed permits from early 2020 have expired and cover the installation of the entrance marquee for the restaurant and the fabrication and installation of set pieces. While it’s possible that set pieces have been installed, the entrance marquee is certainly missing. Here’s a look at previously released concept art.

Disney recently announced that Roundup Rodeo BBQ is slated to open this year in Toy Story Land at Disney’s Hollywood Studios.
