Guests looking to meet with Pocahontas will find her in a new location after a relocation just around the riverbend at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. As a reminder, Pocahontas moved on land back in May when the physically distanced character flotillas came to an end. Since then, she has been meeting in The Oasis near the front of Disney’s Animal Kingdom. Recently, she moved closer to the Tree of Life and we made it out to Disney’s Animal Kingdom to meet with her!
Pocahontas Meet & Greet Moves to Tree of Life
Guests can find Pocahontas next to the river on the back of the Tree of Life. The easiest way to find her is to go along the pathway that runs behind the Tree of Life, near the Creature Comforts Starbucks location.
Essentially, walk toward the Africa bridge but hang a right on the pathway right before it. You can also walk from the other side of the Tree of Life along the river.
Pocahontas’ standard backdrop is the foliage found along the path, but she’s also just a slight turn away from using the Tree of Life as a backdrop (which is much cooler and should be standard). Here’s a look!
