As part of their announcement that Mickey and Minnie’s Runaway Railway will be coming to Toontown in Disneyland, Disney also announced that here at Walt Disney World, the attraction will be delayed until spring 2020.
This lines up with the rumor that we exclusively shared with you earlier this month where sources of ours said that the construction timeline has slipped from the announced fall 2019 opening to early 2020.
Disney released the following statement, “It’s not uncommon for construction timelines to shift. We’re looking forward to bringing this fun family experience to life in early 2020.”
