TRON Lightcycle Run Canopy Construction Continues to Wrap Around Roller Coaster Track at Magic Kingdom

Ahead of a rumored construction pause in December, crews are pushing ahead with the installation of the illuminated canopy at the TRON Lightcycle Run construction site in Magic Kingdom. We made it out to the park earlier this afternoon to check out the progress. Here’s a look at the canopy, which continues to wrap around the outdoor portion of the roller coaster.

Beyond the canopy, it appears that crews are sealing off the building for the rumored construction pause.

Here’s a look at the canopy from near Space Mountain as it rises over the Tomorrowland PeopleMover track.

Finally, here’s a look at the flowing canopy construction from Disney’s Contemporary Resort, including a look at the first floor launch under the attraction entrance.
