Last night marked the return of Mickey’s Not-So-Scary Halloween Party, but there was also another significant milestone that was silently met with the Mickey’s “Boo-To-You” Parade. Last night’s performance of Boo-To-You marked the first time that a parade has been fully staffed since the theme parks shut down for COVID-19 back in March 2020. While Disney has previously celebrated the return of parades to Walt Disney World in late 2021, parades such as Mickey’s Once Upon a Christmastime Parade and Disney Festival of Fantasy Parade have had a reduced number of performers.
With the return of Mickey’s “Boo-To-You” Parade, Disney is now presenting a full parade. There have been some modifications such as the removal of a tombstone float and changes to the Pixar portion of the parade, but the number of performers on the parade route appears to be on par with 2019 and was a considerable improvement from the recent parade presentations and ongoing parade efforts.

Notably, there are female pirate flag twirlers, a change from the all-male cast in the past.
