Back in June 2024, we brought you news that Walt Disney World was undertaking some aerial videography of Magic Kingdom. It wasn’t clear if Disney would ever release the footage, but they just did! The video includes select shots of Magic Kingdom from both the helicopter footage and drone footage, giving guests a unique perspective of the theme park. As a reminder, drone usage is not permitted at any Walt Disney World theme park, and Magic Kingdom and EPCOT are under a sort of “no-fly zone” that prevents aerial activity below 3,000ft.

The video includes looks at Main Street USA with Cinderella Castle, along with some of the newest attractions at Magic Kingdom such as Tiana’s Bayou Adventure and TRON Lightcycle Run. The popular Seven Dwarfs Mine Train is also included in the footage, along with the Happily Ever After fireworks show. Here’s a look!
