Harambe Market Soft Opening Date, First Look at Full Menu & Prices

Walt Disney World has, once again, updated the Harambe Market webpage ahead of its reopening. This time, we have a look at official hours, along with the full menu, with pricing for when it reopens. Here’s the latest, including information on a planned soft opening.

Harambe Market Reopening Date & Full Menu

We’ll start with news that Harambe Market will have a soft opening beginning February 2nd. This means that there will be zero days without burgers and chicken strips at Disney’s Animal Kingdom. As you may already know, Restaurantosaurus (the current home of burgers and chicken strips) will be closed starting February 2nd. Its final day of operation, along with DINOSAUR and the rest of DinoLand USA, will be February 1st. That means that Animal Kingdom needs a new home for burgers and chicken strips. Enter: a revamped Harambe Market.

Colorful, rustic building facade resembling an old market street scene.

Now, if you head over to the Harambe Market webpage right now, you’ll see that operating hours are posted beginning February 5th. That is somewhat correct. February 5th will be the first day of full operations at Harambe Market. That said, Harambe Market will have a soft opening period beginning February 2nd to accommodate a smaller number of guests with fewer Cast Members as the location ramps up operations. We understand that Mobile Order will be unavailable during the soft opening period.

Critically, however, chicken strips and burgers will have zero downtime at DAK.

Ok, with that bit of operational news out of the way, here’s a look at the full menu for Harambe Market when it reopens.
