Universal Orlando Resort has finished revealing the film and TV-based haunted houses coming to Halloween Horror Nights 35. The destination previously confirmed five original concept houses for this year’s event. The IP-driven side of the lineup is now complete as well. Five houses make up the IP slate. They draw from an Academy Award-winning horror film, a returning Netflix series, a classic horror franchise, this year’s newest theatrical release, and a first-ever tribute to a departed rock icon. Every IP Haunted House Coming to Halloween Horror Nights 35

Sinners | One Bluesy Bloodbath

It’s opening night at the Smokestack Twins’ juke joint in “Sinners,” the haunted house based on Ryan Coogler’s award-winning original horror film. Libations flow freely and guitar screams fill the air in 1930s Mississippi. But the blues turn red when Remmick’s troop of bloodthirsty vampires crash the party. Guests will need to test blood’s true bonds to make it out alive.

“Sinners” arrives at Halloween Horror Nights following a global box office run of more than $370 million. The film earned 16 Academy Award nominations and four Oscar wins. That makes it the highest-grossing original horror film since its 2025 debut. Coogler wrote, directed, and produced the film. He worked alongside fellow Proximity Media producers Zinzi Coogler and Sev Ohanian. The film follows twin brothers Smoke and Stack. They return to their Mississippi Delta hometown to open a juke joint, only for the celebration to turn to panic when vampires crash opening night.

The haunted house transports guests back to Club Juke. Nefarious, red-eyed vampires Remmick, Bert, and Joan appear there with an insatiable hunger. Guests will encounter familiar characters lifted from the film, including Sammie, Mary, Annie, Pearline, and Cornbread. They get caught in the deadly struggle between the twins and the vampires.

Coogler, Zinzi Coogler, and Ohanian said in a joint statement, “It’s been incredible to see audiences connect with ‘Sinners’ in such a powerful way.” They added, “Now, partnering with Halloween Horror Nights gives fans the chance to step even deeper into the world of the film, to feel the music, the atmosphere and the tension all around them.”

John Murdy, executive producer of Halloween Horror Nights at Universal Studios Hollywood, called “Sinners” a reinvention of the vampire movie. He said the house does the same for the haunted house format, “creating new ways to scare our guests.”

Stranger Things 5 | The Final Chapter in Hawkins

The Upside Down is invading Hawkins one last time in the “Stranger Things 5” haunted house, based on the final season of the Netflix series. Guests join the gang for one last adventure through Hawkins. They’ll try to survive an army of Demogorgons and face down the Mind Flayer. It all builds toward a final showdown with Vecna.

Universal previously confirmed this house as part of its 2026 Halloween Horror Nights lineup. The destination frames it as a send-off for a property that has anchored the event before, after debuting in 2018. Universal developed the house in partnership with Netflix. It showcases the most gripping moments from the final season. The barrier between reality and the supernatural is collapsing as guests enter, unleashing an ominous darkness across Hawkins.

Guests will make their way through familiar scenes. These include the Wheeler House, Hawkins National Laboratory, the MAC-Z military base, and the haunting realms of the Upside Down and the Abyss. Demogorgons and other sinister creatures hunt guests at every turn, with Vecna on their heels as the terror intensifies. That gives longtime fans of the series a final walkthrough built around the show’s concluding chapter. It pulls guests into an all-or-nothing battle for survival.

Hellraiser | Your Pain Is Their Pleasure

Pinhead and the Cenobites make their long-awaited Halloween Horror Nights debut in the “Hellraiser” haunted house, based on the original trilogy of films. Guests enter a realm of pure pain and journey through the depths of Hell. There they bear witness to the Cenobites’ nightmarish rituals, then hope they don’t get trapped in one of their own.

The house marks the first time Clive Barker’s franchise has been adapted into a Halloween Horror Nights maze. It draws on the original 1987 “Hellraiser,” 1988’s “Hellbound: Hellraiser II,” and 1992’s “Hellraiser III: Hell on Earth.” Legendary Pinhead actor Doug Bradley will reprise his character. He lends his voice to both the Orlando and Hollywood houses. Guests enter through the iconic Lament Configuration puzzle box, unwittingly summoning the Cenobites and opening a gateway to a diabolical dimension.

The walkthrough moves through the shadowy attic in Frank Cotton’s family home, where he was first cast to Hell. It also passes through the disturbing Channard Institute, where the puzzle box lures visitors with promises of forbidden pleasure. The journey ultimately lands guests in the Labyrinth. There, Pinhead and the Cenobites lie in wait for new souls to torment for eternity. Universal has called Hellraiser one of horror’s most influential franchises since its 1987 debut, known for blending psychological horror with graphic imagery and philosophical themes of pain and desire.

Evil Dead Burn | Evil Comes Home

An infernal force consumes a family home in “Evil Dead Burn,” the haunted house based on the newest film in the long-running franchise. The Book of the Dead has been reopened. Guests dodge possessed Deadites hell-bent on bloodshed. Along the way they encounter not just the root of evil, but the whole family tree.

“Evil Dead Burn” arrived in theaters on July 10th. Universal announced the haunted house just eleven days later. That gives this year’s house one of the shortest gaps between a film’s theatrical release and its Halloween Horror Nights adaptation. First introduced in 1981, the Evil Dead franchise has evolved from an independent cult classic into one of horror’s most terrifying properties. It blends extreme gore with dark humor, built around the mythology of the Book of the Dead. That ancient text unleashes parasitic demons who possess and twist their victims into Deadites.

The haunted house takes guests on a firsthand journey through the film’s most frightening moments. It begins at the Price family’s secluded vacation home in the woods. The nightmare grows more fierce as guests venture through the house, encountering ferocious Deadites around every turn before succumbing to the evil forces themselves.

Ozzy Osbourne | Bow Before the Prince of Darkness

Ozzy Osbourne’s shocking image was as haunting as his heavy metal hits. Now guests can enter the Prince of Darkness’s kingdom in the haunted house inspired by one of rock ‘n’ roll’s greatest legends. Music and mayhem collide as everything goes off the rails. Guests veer through a decaying world ripped straight from Ozzy’s lyrics from his solo career.

Universal describes it as a living horror movie that spans 45 years of Osbourne’s solo work. It transports guests on a twisted journey through his outrageous and eccentric career in unique experiences across both coasts. Osbourne passed away in 2025. Sharon and Jack Osbourne said in a joint statement, “Ozzy never stopped pushing boundaries, and he loved anything that gave fans a new way to experience his music and the worlds he created.” They added, “Walking through these haunted houses, you’ll recognize so many moments inspired by his music and imagination.”

At Universal Orlando, guests venture through ancient ruins and foreboding dungeons. From there, they board the Crazy Train for a ride into a realm inspired by the covers of Osbourne’s fan-favorite albums. Those include “Diary of a Madman,” “Bark at the Moon,” “The Ultimate Sin,” and “Black Rain.” That world draws from the heavier sound and sinister imagery of the later years of his career. Mike Aiello, senior director of entertainment creative development at Universal Orlando Resort, praised the collaboration. “We are honored to collaborate with the Osbourne family to create a unique haunted house that celebrates the legacy of Ozzy Osbourne,” he said. He added that the goal was “an authentic experience that brings Ozzy’s creativity and personality to life in an eerily immersive new way.”

With the Ozzy Osbourne house now confirmed, Halloween Horror Nights 35 has revealed all 10 haunted houses set for this year’s event. The lineup splits evenly between original concepts and houses built around outside franchises. Halloween Horror Nights 35 runs for 48 select nights from August 28th through November 1st at Universal Studios Florida, marking the event’s 35th anniversary.
