On today’s earnings call, Disney announced the official opening date for Pandora – The World of Avatar at Animal Kingdom: May 27th, 2017!
By coincidence, we’re at Animal Kingdom right now and we just got the best look we’ve had yet at the alien entrance plant just over the bridge that will take guests into Pandora – The World of Avatar. It was reported that tours of some sort were going on for Cast Members, and as a result, the second set of walls were open, giving us a good look at the plant. Keep in mind that the initial set of walls with concept art that guests see next to Tiffins are still up, just ajar.
