In only it’s third day of operation, the Disney Skyliner gondola system isn’t working between Disney’s Caribbean Beach Resort and the Hourglass Lake station that services Disney’s Pop Century Resort and Disney’s Art of Animation Resort.
This morning, the station still isn’t open and guests are being bused between Disney’s Pop Century and Disney’s Caribbean Beach. According to Cast Members, the bus is running about once every 20 minutes. Cast indicated that this was “routine maintenance”, but we’d imagine that something routine would be planned during off hours, not during the middle of the day. Here’s a look at the Caribbean Beach station, where the queue is roped off and gondolas aren’t moving. Cast didn’t have an estimate on when the line would be functional again.

It would be helpful if you could post a timestamp as well as a datestamp, so we could know how current the info is.
What would be the point of bussing people to the Carribean Beach? Sure you want to ride the Skyliner, but would you want the additional delay if you were going to HS or Epcot? Just seems stupid to me.
DEB, you probably should not hop on the bus to Caribbean Beach then, just get onto the Bus to HS or Epcot if that is what you want.
I’m sure its more for the people who booked there to be with the skyliner and want to ride it.
This is my question too. Do they not have buses from Art & Pop to HS & Epcot?
I was Stuck between Epcot station and the Caribbean beach station for almost 45 minutes last nights no explanation was given
It was closed mid day yesterday and last night after epcot closed. Just that line. I wonder what’s up.
