The Guest Experience Team is now available to help you at Epcot with any questions you might have or issues that may arise.
At least, you’ll probably be able to find them in one location only right now. The team can be found along the construction walls nearest Pin Central.
As you can see in the photo below, they don’t have a proper themed table or even an umbrella with their logo on it to designate their presence like in other parks. When speaking with a manager, it was described as a limited roll out right now as they continue to learn about guest needs and they will be rolling out more locations in the future.
Of course, their presence along the construction walls probably represents an area of highest guest confusion and need right now as their is no straight walking path into World Showcase.
