Disney Vacation Club Annual Dues Increasing More Than 5% in 2021

According to dvcfan.com, Disney Vacation Club has announced their 2021 Annual Dues. The increases average out to just over a 5% increase year-over-year, with some of the “beach resorts” receiving a nearly 11% increase.

The largest increase sits at 10.91% for Vero Beach purchases after January 1, 1996, while the smallest increase is just 0.27% at Aulani.

At Walt Disney World, the largest increase is 6.65% at Old Key West, while Disney’s Riviera Resort sees just a 0.9% bump. For a more detailed breakdown, visit dvcfan.com.

Also announced today is that Disney’s Grand Californian will open it’s DVC villas in early December. Grand Californian registered a 3.81% increase for 2021 dues.
