For about an hour this morning, Resort Guests were unable to purchase Individual Lightning Lane selections at Walt Disney World. The button to be able to purchase the skip-the-line offering was not available from 7am to just after 8am, according to social media reports.
Disney pushed a message to users to let them know that they were aware of the issues via an in-app notification.
Genie+ selections were unaffected by the error, and both are working again as of publish time.
