The price of Disney Genie+ has retreated from its all-time high of $29 per person, ending a 12-day run at its highest surge price of the year. Today, Disney Genie+ is $25 per person, which is the price point that we saw in the days leading up to Christmas. It will still probably be a few days until we see it normalize back to the $15-$20 range as crowds and wait times are expected to remain elevated into next week before calming down a bit.
As a reminder, the price of Disney Genie+ changes based on the anticipated crowd levels. Simply put, higher crowds and wait times typically equate to a higher price for the skip-the-line service.
Since the introduction of variable, date-based pricing, we have seen a Disney Genie+ price range of $15 to $29.

Of course the irony is the more crowded the parks and more expensive the service, the less valuable it is. I had Genie+ at HS last week and for my $145 (family of 5) I got SDD, RR, and Star Tours. By 12:30 PM when i was able to make my 3rd selection Star Tours was the best available.
